It was 5 years ago today that MovieLabs released โthe 2030 Visionโ and in that time itโs become the defacto industry roadmap to drive us towards โProductionLandiaโ where professional media creation workflows are seamless, interoperable, fast and stress-free! Itโs a big, bold mission but weโre making great progress. But donโt take our word for it, see what role the 2030 Vision has had in the lives of other industry leaders including Buzz Hays from Google Cloud, Jeff Rosica from Avid, Matt Sivertson from Autodesk, Meagan Keane from Adobe, Chris Blandy from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Christy Anzelmo from Foundry, and Simon Crownshaw from Microsoft.#MovieLabs2030Vision

We have just released our latest white paper titled โSecurity Interoperability in Media Creationโ. This builds upon our previous work on โInteroperability in Media Creationโ and addresses the evolving needs of media production workflows as software and cloud infrastructure become increasingly integral to creative processes. This white paper delves into the importance of security interoperability within a zero-trust security architecture, a critical enabler for the #MovieLabs2030Vision. By implementing the principles outlined in the paper, we can achieve seamless security across various software tools, services, and infrastructure. This ensures robust security while minimizing its impact on the creative process. Learn more in our latest blog post below.#MediaCreation #SecurityInteroperability #ZeroTrust #CloudInfrastructure

Our Showcase Case Studies are a great reference for anyone wanting to know how other companies are implementing the #MovieLabs2030Vision.The case study from DreamWorks Animation demonstrates how they applied the cloud foundation principles of the 2030Vision when building a next-generation asset management system for animated features and 3D models. The solution was used on โTrolls Band Togetherโ and allows DreamWorks artists faster access to assets and libraries without the need to store local copies of the entire asset tree and to know theyโre always working on the latest versions.https://lnkd.in/ec26juT5
